How to choose my blanket size?

Our products follow a Width x Height (cm) format. Choose the one according to your height and weight preference.

We usually recommend 10-15% of your body weight as reference.

  • Single (121cm x 182cm): 4.5kg
  • Super Single (152cm x 203cm): 6.8kg
  • Queen (203cm x 218cm): 9kg

How do I wash?

  • Our weighted blanket contains glass-beads:

    Wash in a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent. Our blankets contain glass microbeads and poly pellets which should be safe in a machine.

    However, do avoid fabric softeners and bleach if you want to keep your weighted blanket in good condition.

    It’s best to wash separately (alone) and don’t add other bedding or clothes to the load while doing so.

  • For weighted bolsters:

Step 1: Remove the Cover.
Unzip and take off the outer cover. Check the care label for washing instructions.

Step 2: Washing the Cover.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Step 3: Cleaning the Weighted Insert.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap for small stains. Deep clean (if necessary): Hand wash in cold water and let it air dry completely. Do not machine wash to prevent damage to the weighted filling.

Step 4: Reassemble.
Once fully dry, insert the weighted bolster back into the cover and zip it up.

For best results, wash the cover regularly and spot-clean the insert as needed!

Shipping

Local Shipping (Malaysia):

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia.

Shipping Fees: Enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders above RM300 within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia, a small fee of RM75 will be applied at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on your delivery.

General Notes:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delays: Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs, or other unforeseen delays.

Refund & Returns

Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

UPDATED Returns (27/02/2025):

You may return your blanket/bolster within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please contact our customer support team at thetidurmy@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow some time for the credit to appear on your account, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to exchange the item for a new one.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at thetidurmy@gmail.com.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address, which will be provided by our customer support team once refund process is initiated.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
